Develop and optimize UX Content for the Letter of Credit (LC) product for Corporate Customers.
Translate complex Trade Finance processes into clear, concise, and consistent user-facing content.
Collaborate with UX Researchers, Designers, POs, and Business teams to ensure content meets user needs and business requirements.

Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in UX Writing/Content Design, preferably in Digital Banking, Trade Finance, or B2B/Enterprise products.
Proficient in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to understand banking documents, regulations, and financial terminology.
Experience creating content for complex business flows, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with the platform’s content standards and terminology.
Experience with Trade Finance products such as Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), or similar Corporate Banking products is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Designers, POs, and Business teams; portfolio demonstrating UX Writing experience for complex digital products is preferred.
