Mr. Nguyen Tien Cong serves as Deputy Director of Alphaway and Director of the APS Solutions Center. He is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Technology Strategy and Professional Excellence, ensuring a robust infrastructure foundation, scalable architecture, and long-term operational sustainability.

With a strong academic background in Computer Science and extensive experience in software engineering and Agile project management, Mr. Cong has led the implementation of large-scale digital platforms across the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Securities sectors. In his leadership role, he oversees the APS Solutions Center, driving operational efficiency, optimizing delivery processes, and developing high-performing technical teams. His contributions play a vital role in strengthening Alphaway’s technological capabilities, service quality, and market reputation.

Ông Nguyễn Tiến Công là Phó Giám đốc Công ty, Giám đốc Trung tâm APS. Ông giữ vai trò quản lý Chiến lược Công nghệ và năng lực Chuyên môn của Alphaway, đảm bảo Hệ thống Hạ tầng vững chắc, mở rộng linh hoạt và đáp ứng tăng trưởng dài hạn.

Với nền tảng Khoa học Máy tính và kinh nghiệm sâu rộng trong lĩnh vực phần mềm và quản lý dự án Agile, ông trực tiếp chỉ đạo triển khai các nền tảng số quy mô lớn trong ngành Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Bảo hiểm, Chứng khoán. Trên cương vị quản lý, ông chịu trách nhiệm điều hành Trung tâm APS, tối ưu quy trình, nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động và phát triển lực lượng chuyên môn chất lượng cao, góp phần củng cố kỹ thuật công nghệ, chất lượng dịch vụ và uy tín của Alphaway trên thị trường.

Ms. Tran Thi Ha Linh is responsible for leading Alphaway’s Operational Strategy and Talent Development initiatives, optimizing workforce capabilities and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the company. She plays a critical role in ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

With more than 15 years of experience leading organizational development and human capital transformation initiatives across diverse industries, Ms. Linh has successfully advised enterprises on organizational restructuring, modern management systems implementation, and high-performance team development. Her expertise in organizational design, performance management, and workforce development enables Alphaway to strengthen management effectiveness, enhance competitiveness, and reinforce its distinctive corporate values in an increasingly dynamic business environment.

Mr. Le Trung Hieu serves as Deputy Director of the APS Solutions Center at Alphaway, where he is responsible for coordinating technical resources and delivering high-quality mobile and digital transformation solutions.

As a key member of Alphaway’s leadership team, he oversees engineering operations to ensure project delivery excellence, system reliability, and product effectiveness. At the same time, he actively fosters a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous professional development within the organization.

With extensive experience in digital banking application development, Mr. Hieu has played a significant role in enhancing Alphaway’s delivery capabilities, improving user experiences, and strengthening the company’s position in digital solutions and mobile application development.

Ông Lê Trung Hiếu giữ vai trò Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm APS tại Alphaway, phụ trách điều phối nguồn lực kỹ thuật và triển khai các giải pháp di động, số hóa theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao. 

Ông là nhân sự nòng cốt trong việc dẫn dắt đội ngũ kỹ sư, bảo đảm tiến độ dự án, mức độ ổn định và tính hiệu quả của các sản phẩm công nghệ do Alphaway sản xuất; đồng thời nuôi dưỡng môi trường làm việc đổi mới, tư duy sáng tạo và kỹ năng chuyên sâu. 

Với kinh nghiệm sâu rộng trong việc phát triển việc phát triển các ứng dụng ngân hàng số, ông góp phần nâng cao năng lực triển khai, hoàn thiện trải nghiệm người dùng và củng cố vị thế Alphaway trong lĩnh vực giải pháp số và ứng dụng di động.

Mr. Vu Hong Phuc is one of Alphaway’s senior Deputy Directors and a key leader within the APS Solutions Center. He also spearheads the international iMocha project, a strategic initiative supporting Alphaway’s expansion into global markets.

He has been instrumental in building innovative digital product ecosystems, exploring international business opportunities, and shaping Alphaway’s brand value in Digital Transformation, Digital Finance, and Enterprise Software. By combining long-term strategic vision with practical experience gained from projects such as Mobile Banking, M-Sale, M-Collaborator, and Viettel Connection, Mr. Phuc continues to drive new growth opportunities and lay the foundation for Alphaway’s international expansion.

Ông Vũ Hồng Phúc là một trong những Phó Giám đốc Công ty kỳ cựu của Alphaway; đồng thời điều hành Trung tâm Giải pháp (APS) và dẫn dắt dự án quốc tế iMocha – sáng kiến chiến lược mở rộng hoạt động sang thị trường nước ngoài.

Ông tiên phong xây dựng hệ sinh thái sản phẩm số sáng tạo, khai phá các cơ hội kinh doanh toàn cầu và định hình giá trị thương hiệu trên lĩnh vực Chuyển đổi số, Tài chính số và Phần mềm Doanh nghiệp. Ms. Bui Thi Tinh serves as Head of Finance at Alphaway, playing a pivotal role in budget management, cash flow optimization, and maintaining financial discipline across the organization.

With more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial framework, conducting in-depth assessments of capital efficiency, and aligning resource allocation with strategic growth objectives.

Through rigorous financial analysis, risk management, and capital structure optimization, Ms. Tinh serves as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, enabling informed business decisions based on reliable financial insights. Her strategic financial planning capabilities and data-driven approach have significantly contributed to strengthening Alphaway’s financial health and supporting the company’s sustainable development over time.

Bà Bùi Thị Tình là Trưởng phòng Tài chính tại Alphaway, giữ vai trò trung tâm trong Quản trị Ngân sách, điều tiết Dòng tiền và duy trì Kỷ luật Tài chính trên toàn hệ thống.

Với hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính – kế toán, bà chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát hệ thống tài chính một cách chặt chẽ, đưa ra các đánh giá chuyên sâu về hiệu quả sử dụng vốn và phân bổ nguồn lực theo định hướng tăng trưởng của doanh nghiệp. 

Thông qua việc phân tích tài chính, quản trị rủi ro và đề xuất các phương án tối ưu cấu trúc vốn, bà là cố vấn cao cấp hỗ trợ Ban Lãnh đạo đưa ra quyết định kinh doanh trên cơ sở dữ liệu tin cậy và vững chắc. Mr. Han Quoc Hien currently serves as Deputy Director of the AlphaAI Center at Alphaway, where he is responsible for building and operating critical data infrastructures that support advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions across the company’s products and innovation initiatives.

A graduate of the Academy of Cryptography Techniques, Mr. Hien possesses a strong foundation in information security, system architecture, and large-scale data management.

In his leadership role, he focuses on developing a unified data architecture that ensures seamless information flow across technology platforms, enabling effective support for complex Banking and Financial Services use cases. His expertise in database management systems, Java development, and the Oracle Cloud ecosystem has been instrumental in establishing a stable and scalable data infrastructure that supports Alphaway’s long-term AI vision and innovation strategy.

Ông Hán Quốc Hiển hiện giữ vị trí Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm AlphaAI tại Alphaway, chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống dữ liệu trọng yếu, phục vụ các hoạt động phân tích thông minh và ứng dụng AI vào các sản phẩm trí tuệ, sáng kiến của Alphaway. 

Xuất thân từ Học viện Kỹ thuật Mật mã, ông sở hữu nền tảng vững chắc về bảo mật thông tin, thiết kế hệ thống và quản lý dữ liệu ở quy mô lớn. 

Trên cương vị quản lý trung tâm, ông tập trung phát triển kiến trúc dữ liệu thống nhất, đảm bảo dòng thông tin xuyên suốt giữa các nền tảng công nghệ, qua đó hỗ trợ hiệu quả cho các bài toán trong lĩnh vực Tài chính – Ngân hàng. Kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu về hệ quản trị dữ liệu, lập trình Java, hệ sinh thái Oracle Cloud, giúp ông từng bước hoàn thiện hạ tầng dữ liệu ổn định, tạo nền móng vững chắc cho định hướng bứt phá AI dài hạn của Alphaway.

Mr. Hoang Phuong serves as Deputy Director of the APS Solutions Center at Alphaway, where he is responsible for technical leadership and ensuring professional excellence across the enterprise software solutions developed by the center. He is recognized as a seasoned technology expert with the ability to evaluate solutions from both a technical and operational perspective.

With nearly two decades of experience in information technology spanning software development, technical leadership, and project delivery management, Mr. Phuong possesses comprehensive insight into the entire product lifecycle. His expertise lies in backend architecture, microservices, and large-scale business and data processing systems.

His extensive experience in Java and enterprise technology platforms enables him to maintain high engineering standards, ensuring that APS solutions remain reliable, secure, and scalable to meet evolving client requirements.

Ông Hoàng Phương là Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm APS tại Alphaway, phụ trách định hướng kỹ thuật và đảm bảo chất lượng chuyên môn cho các hệ thống phần mềm doanh nghiệp do Trung tâm phát triển. Ông được nhìn nhận như một chuyên gia công nghệ giàu kinh nghiệm thực tiễn, có khả năng đánh giá giải pháp ở cả chiều sâu kỹ thuật lẫn tính khả thi trong vận hành.
