Job Description
- Gather, elicit, and analyze business, technical, and solution requirements for mobile and web applications.
- Develop and model business processes.
- Document business requirements and functional requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to define customer journeys and design application interfaces.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project implementation plans.
- Work closely with the development and QA teams throughout the development and testing lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
- Comply with the partner’s processes, standards, and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience working on banking projects is required. Hands-on experience with or strong knowledge of the T24 Core Banking system is highly preferred. Candidates with experience at Techcombank (TCB) or SHB are an advantage.
- Experience in business process modeling using BPMN and UML.
- Experience in business requirements elicitation and requirements management.
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
- Experience creating wireframes and mockups for system features and user interfaces.
- Experience defining and documenting use cases and user stories.
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong stakeholder interviewing and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, testers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in producing high-quality business documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FS).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities within tight project timelines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables with minimal defects or omissions.
- Proactive in providing regular work progress updates and status reports to management.
- Detail-oriented, patient, eager to learn, and proactive in daily work.
- Strong commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering assigned tasks on schedule.
