Understand digital insurance business processes to translate business needs and requirements into business documents, process diagrams, user stories, and wireframes to support product and system development.
Analyze, create, and validate end-to-end health insurance processes and detail functional specifications for digital applications.
Propose modifications and improvements to existing business processes and digital workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop business documentation, user guides, and operational manuals.
Collect and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and internal operational data related to health insurance and digital channels to provide business insights and improvement recommendations.
Handle other tasks upon request from management.

Minimum 04 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, fintech, or digital product environments.
Minimum 02 years of experience in Health Insurance, with good understanding of health insurance products, claims processes, and policy lifecycle.
Good analytical & logical thinking
Good English communication skills (TOEIC 700+)
Experience working on multiple initiatives or projects concurrently in a fast-paced
Experience in Agile Product Development with solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
