In a joyful atmosphere to welcome the new year, the year-end summary program with the theme 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙉𝙀𝘾𝙏 𝙏𝙊 𝙁𝙐𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙀 and congratulating Alphaway\’s 5th birthday took place successfully.

After 5 years of construction and development in the Vietnamese market, Alphaway Technology has gradually affirmed its name, brand & reputation. Alphaway (APW) is proud to be one of the leading units providing optimal IT services and solutions for banking & fintech units. 

The Board of Directors cut the cake to celebrate Alphaway\’s 5th birthday.

With the philosophy of “people are the most valuable asset of the enterprise”, Alphaway has just successfully organized the 2025 periodic health check-up program for all staff at Hong Ngoc Hospital – an annual activity demonstrating the commitment to comprehensive care for the team.

Despite their busy work, all AlphawayERs arranged their time to participate fully. Each step of the examination took place in a professional, thoughtful and warm atmosphere. Those were the caring eyes, the gentle questions “How do you feel today?”, or the simple wishes “Stay healthy!” – all created a medical examination that was not only medical, but also a connection between people – people, people – businesses.

Alphaway believes that small actions – such as a regular health check-up – can create great trust. Because sincere care is always the glue that binds the internal, the foundation for each person to firmly contribute and work together towards further goals.

On April 10, Alphaway successfully organized a Corporate Culture Training Session for members of the company\’s Board of Directors.

In an open and positive atmosphere, the program not only provides core knowledge about corporate culture, but also creates conditions for members to exchange and share perspectives on the role of culture in Alphaway\’s sustainable development journey.

In particular, the themed challenges brought exciting moments, helping to connect leadership members naturally and effectively. The laughter, the “strategic handshakes” and the spirit of “play hard, study hard” contributed to the success of the program.

Corporate culture is not only built from theoretical values, but also starts from the understanding and actions of each leader.

The training session is an important first step in the journey to spread the Alphaway culture – where each individual is a meaningful piece in the inspiring overall picture.
