Winning third prize in the Gala dinner & Talentshow program “NIGHT TO SHINE”, IT guy Bui Thanh Tung captured the hearts of the audience and judges with his warm, sweet voice.

Bui Thanh Tung won third prize – “NIGHT SHINE” art competition.

During the gala night with the theme “SHINING NIGHT”, Alphaway staff were surprised by a warm, sweet voice from the MIC team. The image of the IT guy with a guitar on stage quickly attracted the attention of many company members.

Bui Thanh Tung performed the song: Em About Tinh Khoi.

Representing the MIC team to participate in the art competition, Bui Thanh Tung successfully performed the song titled: Em About Tinh Khoi & received enthusiastic cheers from the audience. The performance performed by Bui Thanh Tung also received high praise from the jury. Overcoming many competitors, Bui Thanh Tung & Nguyen Thi Huyen – MB OS excellently won the third prize in the art competition night.

Besides solid expertise, good voice, Bui Thanh Tung is also a very active member of the company\’s activities.

PERIODIC HEALTH CHECK-UP – SMALL ACTIONS, BIG CARE

With the philosophy of “people are the most valuable asset of the enterprise”, Alphaway has just successfully organized the 2025 periodic health check-up program for all staff at Hong Ngoc Hospital – an annual activity demonstrating the commitment to comprehensive care for the team.

Despite their busy work, all AlphawayERs arranged their time to participate fully. Each step of the examination took place in a professional, thoughtful and warm atmosphere. Those were the caring eyes, the gentle questions “How do you feel today?”, or the simple wishes “Stay healthy!” – all created a medical examination that was not only medical, but also a connection between people – people, people – businesses.

Alphaway believes that small actions – such as a regular health check-up – can create great trust. Because sincere care is always the glue that binds the internal, the foundation for each person to firmly contribute and work together towards further goals.

CORPORATE CULTURE TRAINING – THE FOUNDATION OF NEW LEADERSHIP THINKING

On April 10, Alphaway successfully organized a Corporate Culture Training Session for members of the company\’s Board of Directors.
