Alphaway is happy to celebrate Children\’s Day

In the joyful and excited atmosphere of millions of teenagers and children across the country towards the International Children\’s Day 1/6. On the afternoon of May 28, 2023, Alphaway Trade Union cooperated with the Communication Department to organize the Children\’s Festival 1/6 program for children of officials and employees of the company.

With the theme: ” Career guidance with children – Happy Children\’s Day”, the program has attracted more than 60 parents & children to participate. At the program, children can:

Participate in career guidance games: police, firemen, MCs, child models…
Receive gifts from BTC.
5D cinema experience.
Experience the electric car crash game.
Mirror maze game.
Game machine area

And many other interesting activities.

Bright smiles on the faces of parents & children.

The game is suitable for all ages.

Experience with me, grow up with me.

The happiness of the children is the happiness of the parents.

The program is one of the activities held every year, bringing practical meaning to the spiritual life of employees\’ families. At the same time, the activity also shows the concern of the Company\’s Board of Directors to the children of employees, joining hands with their families to cultivate the future, giving them wings to fly higher and farther in life.

PERIODIC HEALTH CHECK-UP – SMALL ACTIONS, BIG CARE

With the philosophy of “people are the most valuable asset of the enterprise”, Alphaway has just successfully organized the 2025 periodic health check-up program for all staff at Hong Ngoc Hospital – an annual activity demonstrating the commitment to comprehensive care for the team.

Despite their busy work, all AlphawayERs arranged their time to participate fully. Each step of the examination took place in a professional, thoughtful and warm atmosphere. Those were the caring eyes, the gentle questions “How do you feel today?”, or the simple wishes “Stay healthy!” – all created a medical examination that was not only medical, but also a connection between people – people, people – businesses.

Alphaway believes that small actions – such as a regular health check-up – can create great trust. Because sincere care is always the glue that binds the internal, the foundation for each person to firmly contribute and work together towards further goals.

CORPORATE CULTURE TRAINING – THE FOUNDATION OF NEW LEADERSHIP THINKING

On April 10, Alphaway successfully organized a Corporate Culture Training Session for members of the company\’s Board of Directors.

In an open and positive atmosphere, the program not only provides core knowledge about corporate culture, but also creates conditions for members to exchange and share perspectives on the role of culture in Alphaway\’s sustainable development journey.

In particular, the themed challenges brought exciting moments, helping to connect leadership members naturally and effectively. The laughter, the “strategic handshakes” and the spirit of “play hard, study hard” contributed to the success of the program.
